Com com mais de 45 anos de experiência internacional, Celso Stifelmann desenvolveu uma carreira marcada pela liderança de projetos complexos de arquitetura, planeamento urbano e desenvolvimento imobiliário no Brasil, Canadá e mais recentemente, Portugal.
Ao longo da sua trajetória, atuou como arquiteto, urbanista, consultor estratégico e gestor de projetos, colaborando com entidades públicas, investidores institucionais e promotores privados em empreendimentos de diferentes escalas e tipologias.
A sua abordagem combina excelência em design, rigor técnico, viabilidade económica e uma profunda compreensão dos processos de licenciamento, gestão de risco e execução de obra. I worked with Celso on a couple of shopping centre projects, and what stood out to me was that he came from a building and design background, so he understood what mattered to me, the contractor, and the architect. That made things work much more smoothly on site, and he was very good at talking with different parties and quickly sketching solutions while still following up properly. I’ve always found him very practically focused, and that has been a huge asset. Things did not always come as quickly as I would like, but overall, I had a very good experience working with him.

I’ve worked with Celso for around 15-20 years, starting when he was with MCM Architects, and he handled a mall renovation in Guildford for me. He became my go-to architect for several mall renovations over about seven years. He gets back to me right away, shows up on time - usually early - and his pricing felt competitive. Overall he’s skilled, good at business development, and I’ve had a solid experience with him.

I worked with Celso for a few years on developments for rental units and strata, and he was the principal on my project. He delivered on time, guided us as a client, and was innovative with value engineering, setting up brainstorm meetings between his office and my team to optimize costs and make smart adjustments to the residential building with medium to high level finishes. Communication was great and he did everything we requested while giving helpful feedback to get the best results. Price felt competitive and I would hire him again.
